The Frame. The Path Emerges by Travelling

This is about implementing a new leadership culture across the firm, and the need to orientate oneself in an entrepreneurial direction. The first step is taken by the departmental managers. They should define the framework and present it to the business. Under the motto “First experience, then do!” it should first relate to initiating a major plan. The leadership’s task: “Take your aims and intentions to the summit and put a face on them!”
